NVIDIA GF108-200-A1 Die picture
The GF108 is marked as “GF108-200-A1″, and it’s evidently an engineering sample. The die measures about 127mm2, which is 23% bigger than AMD Redwood chip.
The VGA card is going to employ FP series solid capicitor, and on the front side of PCB is equipped with four Hynix DDR3 memory chips (H5TQ2G63BFR), which makes up 1GB/64bit.
