Spotted at TPU website , PowerColor will release soon a new version of the Vortex Edition series graphic card based on the AMD Radeon HD 6950 featuring a special cooling solution.

PowerColor HD 6950 Vortex Edition video card will use two big fans , so what is new here is that these two fans can be adjusted to get the best distance between the heat sink and the fans and fan's air-flow power by twisting the fan frame , this new feature will help you win some space for an extension card , specifications are unknown at the moment.
