Intel Medfield smartphones, first appearance at MWC

Today on the MWC (Mobile World Congress) at Barcelona, Intel showed its mobile chip Intel Medfield running on two smartphones, the Lava Xolo 900 Smartphone and new Orange Smartphone, Intel put couple of picture about these smartphones on its FB page.

The two smartphones feature the all new 32nm x86 mobile processor Intel Medfield SoC which run @ 1.6-GHz packing an Intel Atom processor and 1GB of DDR2 RAM, in addition to a Wireless network, WiFi, Bluetooth, and FM radios, and an integrated GPU, max TDP is 3.6W, according to VR-Zone the benchmark result for the Intel Medfield SoC is 10,500 in CaffeineMark 3, while Nvidia's Tegra 2 scores 7,500 and Snapdragon MSM8260 scores 8,000.
