Capcom just released few days ago the PC version of the new Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City, after about one month the PC version come with visual improvements over the console version to handle the latest advanced hardware currently available on the market, we spotted the hardware recommendation for the survivor horror game to run the game at perfect frame rate and wonderful graphics quality, so can this game run good at your current computer configuration ? Do you need to upgrade something to run Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City at solid frame rate (FPS) ? The answer is bellow

Try Catalyst 12.3 if you have only 8fps in Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City

recently, i bought Resident Evil Operation Raccoon City, and when i installed AMD catalyst 12.5Beta, 12.4, for windows 7 x64, it has only 7fps
but i installed AMD catalyst 12.3, it has almost 47 fps.
i believe it's a bug that AMD should to fix in next catalyst.

Yeah always recommend WHQL drivers for Nvidia and AMD
