Jelly Bean Android 4.1 update for Galaxy S2 i9100 or, Android 4.0.4 value pack update ?

Few days ago Google announced the latest version of the most used mobile OS on the world, Android 4.1 codenamed "Jelly Bean" the new mobile OS will be for sure available for update for the latest high-end Samsung's smartphone, the Galaxy S3 i9300, also the Galaxy Nexus users will be able to update to the Android 4.1.

The big question now which in the mind of Glaxy S2 users is will they get an update to the "Jelly Bean" OS on their smartphone which is characterized for the first time with a full 60fps animation and a really fast and fluid response time (take look at this article), OR they will just get what they called a value pack update on Android 4.0.4, and for this last Sumsung will put an update for the Samsung touchwiz to make it looks like the one on the Android 4.1.

So Galasy S2 i9100 and/or i9100G, i9100P users will get an update for sure sooner or later and based on Sammobile connections, its still rumors, so to put things in places:

• Samsung Galaxy S3 i9300 will 100% get an update to the latest Android 4.1 Jelly Beans and that will happen by Q3 2012.
• Galaxy Note N7000 might also for sure get an update to an official Android 4.1 Jelly Beans, if not they for sure get an update as value pack of Android 4.0.4 
  
• Samsung Galaxy S2 i9100 also might get an update to an official Android 4.1 Jelly Beans, and if its not the case they will for sure get an update as value pack of Android 4.0.4 as an alternative. 

Now lets wait for Samsung official announcement, wishing that everyone will get that update, else don't bother, there is an alternative called ported ROM, and we are ready for the tutorial ;) stay tuned.
