Ultra graphics quality in real time demonstration video
Back in 1999 this video would take more than three hours to be rendered, and now it's done in real time at 30fps using an engine called Unite 2012, it's a tech demo of a game engine showing the power of Unity 4 for realtime rendering, well this is a nice achievement, check out the video.
