WD Green WD20NPVT 2TB available now, specifications and pictures

The Western Digital WD20NPVT a 2.5inch HDD is now available on the Japanese retail stores, this small HDD come with a 2TB of space built for laptops, external storage support or any other small devices, the only bad thing is the thikness, its 15mm  instead of 9.5mm.


The WD Green WD20NPVT features IntelliPower variable spindle speed (4,500-5,400 RPM?), 8 MB cache, SATA 3 Gb/s interface, 0.2W idle (parked) and 1.7W (active) power consumption. It is price tag is 18,800 JPY ( equal to US $240).
