Intel 335 Series 240 GB SSD specifications and price

Going fast for Intel's SSDs production, after the 330 series Intel's SSDs series, here is a new advanced SSD from Intel, the 335 Series SSD drives began the shipping process, spotted on Japan store, a new SSD model code named "SSDSC2CT240A4K5" with 240GB of capacity and 2.5-inch form factor the new product is using SandForce SF-2281 controller which promise a faster data transfer compared with the precedent 330 series.

The Intel 335 SSD features 20nm processign MLC (multi-level cell) NAND Flash memory can do 500/450 MB/s in read/write speed, the drive is using SATA 6.0 standard, the price tag is $210 now in Japan, more branches to be available in 80 GB and 180 GB somewhere the Q1 2013.
