Paper like LCD panel technology introduced, uses light reflection

We're getting closer and closer to get a real paper that display videos just like science fiction movies opening a new era in mobile devices, Japan Display introduce a paper-like color LCD panel that can display videos with an ultra low-power with a power consumption of 3 milliwatt, the panel don't uses any back light, the key is by using the light reflection to display the picture in monochrome form and a color filter add the colors make it look like a real picture.
