Mushkin Atlas 480GB with SF-2281 based SSD Specifications

Mushkin, became one of the known SSDs builder today announced the new 480GB Atlas series SSD, an mSATA (mini size) form factor that can be perfect solution for high performance mobile devices.

This SSD can do 540MB/s on reading and 425MB/s data writing thanks to the SandForce SF-2281 SSD controller, and with up to 30,000 IOPS (input/output operation per second), a small storage device at 4.8mm think with that high performance is really interesting, the price of the Mushkin Atlas $499 and will be available starting from today on the US.
