HP Probook 4540s Fingerprint driver Windows 7 "unknown device"

Another needed driver guide for the folks, this one is for the HP Probook 4540s, it's the fingerprint driver and software for Windows 7 and Windows 8, the driver is for the HP Mobile data protection sensor, after installing Windows 7 you'll get unknown device with the flowing HarwareID : USB\VID_138A&PID_003D&REV_0104

Note that you need the USB 3.0 chip driver to make the Fingerprint work.
