Radeon Catalyst 13.11 BETA 6 Windows 8.1 with new Batman Arkham Origins improvement

AMD leaked another build of Catalyst driver to fix some new issue and improve performance over precedent version, so as usual this one is recommended specially if you are a gamer, work with Windows 7/8/8.1 and supporting the latest R9 290X and R9 290 with performance improvement for new games such as Batman Arkham Origins, F1 2013.
