Snapdragon 810 8-core mobile CPU from Qualcomm specifications first leaks

Qualcomm one of the leaders in mobile computing solution is now preparing a new mind blowing mobile processor with up to eight cores using 20nm process technology from TSMC and supporting 64bit OS to counter the Nvidia's Tegra K1.

Rumors report that the new SoC that uses the 8-core technology will belong to the next Snapdragon 810 MSM8994 and APQ8094 variants depending on the Baseband used, so the eight cores will be clocked at 2.5 Ghz and using 4MB of cache supporting LPDDR4 RAM controller and packing the Adreno 430 chip for GPU which is clocked at 500Mhz, may be they will use a new advanced power saving technology by using two/four low power cores for better power consumption.
